Yvette's work is rooted in her experience hiring and managing women and first generation Latinx employees throughout her 15+ years career, revealing to her the professional knowledge and growth gaps that exist within those who are the first in their families to pursue corporate careers.
Based on this insight, Yvette created culturally competent solutions that help women and first gens thrive at work with strategy, empowerment and confidence.
Yvette led teams at Univision and Edelman, and is a graduate of Brene Brown's Dare to Lead training program.
Yvette is a Miami native with Cuban roots who has been calling NYC home for 15 years.
